LEO Mail Automation

A private email productivity service used by LEO and authorised household users. It helps its users search, organise, draft, label and archive email under their direct instructions.

Private use only

This service is not offered to the general public. Access is limited to a small set of Google Accounts whose owners have explicitly authorised the service.

What the service does

Searches and summarises messages requested by the account owner.
Creates drafts, applies labels and organises mail when instructed.
Downloads or archives selected attachments when instructed.
Checks account connectivity so failed automations can be detected early.

Control and transparency

Users remain in control of their Google Account and can revoke access at any time from Google Account security settings. The service does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
