← LEO Mail Automation

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how LEO Mail Automation accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. The service is private and available only to LEO and a small number of authorised household users.

2. Google user data accessed

With a user's explicit Google authorisation, the service may access Gmail message content and metadata, attachments, labels, drafts and relevant Gmail settings. It accesses only the Google Accounts and permissions authorised by each user.

3. How data is used

Google user data is used only to perform user-requested email functions, including searching, summarising, drafting, organising, labelling, downloading selected attachments, archiving selected material and checking account connectivity.

4. Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in protected credential storage on devices controlled by the account owner. The service does not maintain an independent advertising or data-broker database. Email content or attachments are retained only when needed to complete a requested task or when the user explicitly asks that material be archived. Users may request deletion of retained local archives.

5. Sharing and disclosure

The service does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated purposes. Data may be processed by the automation and AI infrastructure configured by the account owner solely to perform requested functions, or disclosed when required by law.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

7. Security

Access is limited to authorised accounts. Credentials are protected by operating-system or encrypted credential storage, and access is monitored for authentication failures. No system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used.

8. User choices

Users can revoke the service's access at any time from their Google Account security settings. They may also contact the operator to request information about, correction of, or deletion of locally retained data.

9. Contact

Questions or requests: yanhao87328@gmail.com.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
